Souq Joha is a classifieds platform that connects sellers and buyers in Egypt. By using the app or the website you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Sign up with a valid Egyptian mobile number, one number per account.
• You are responsible for everything posted from your account; never share your verification code.
• You must be 18 or older to verify your account.

Ads

• Ads must be for real items you have, with real photos and a real price.
• Nothing from the prohibited items list, and no duplicate ads.
• Ads run for 30 days and can be renewed. Souq Joha may review, hide or remove any ad that breaks the rules.
• An ad with 3 reports is hidden until a moderator reviews it.

Buying and selling

• Souq Joha is not a party to the sale. The deal, payment and hand-over are between buyer and seller.
• Meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, and never send money before you receive it.
• Phone numbers are only shown after the seller accepts an offer or chooses to show them.

Paid services

• Boosts and packages are paid through Paymob (cards, wallets, Fawry).
• Wallet credit can only be spent inside Souq Joha and is not refundable as cash.
• A boost is not refunded if the ad is removed for breaking the rules.

Violations

• Penalties escalate: a warning, then a temporary suspension, then a permanent ban.
• You can appeal any penalty once from the app.
