Delete your account

You can delete your Souq Joha account at any time.

In the app

Account → Settings → Delete account, then confirm with the verification code.

Without the app

Email support@souqjoha.com with your registered mobile number and we will delete the account within 7 days.

What happens

• Your ads disappear right away.
• The account is erased for good after 30 days; signing in before then cancels the deletion.
• We keep payment records required by law, without data that identifies you.
